The company that issued the report can view your response and act accordingly, possibly by modifying the report before its release or by deleting the report.
If you have concerns about the validity of a performance report, you must contact the company that submitted the report. Complete contact information is provided on the report.

Set the Record Straight
There are always at least two sides to any story. If a performance report was made about your company, the issues at hand were specified in the report. You have the opportunity to respond to reported issues by providing your side of the story.

The response page provides the ability for you to share your detailed justification of events surrounding the performance report about your company.

Your online response cannot be edited or deleted by the company that submitted the report, thereby ensuring the information you provide is represented accurately and maintained for the record.

Please keep in mind that you only have one opportunity to respond, and it must be done within the 72-hour time period beginning when the report was submitted. If you were unable to respond within that time, you cannot respond. The report is finalized after 72 hours of its submission and cannot be changed.

In the event that reported issues get resolved because of your online response, the company that issued the report can view your response and act accordingly, possibly by modifying the report before its release or by deleting the report.
