A. The broker or shipper that reported your company, along with the person who submitted the report, are included on the report.

Q. How can I respond to the report?

A. Enter your response code (as provided on the report you received) in the upper-right corner of this page to respond to your report. If you have concerns about the validity of a performance report, you must contact the company that submitted the report. Complete contact information is provided on the report.

Q. How long do I have to respond?

A. As specified on the report that you received by email or fax, you have 72 hours to respond from the date and time the report was submitted.

Q. What if I do not respond?

A. If you do not respond online within 72 hours after the report was submitted, the fact that you did not respond will be noted on the report, and the report will be released automatically.

Q. What if I was unable to respond?

A. You only have one opportunity to respond, and it must be done within 72 hours of the report being submitted. If you were unable to respond within that time, you cannot respond. The report is finalized after 72 hours of being submitted and cannot be changed. The report will be released automatically after 72 hours, regardless of your response, unless the company that submitted the report decides to delete it.
